About Pizza Dada

Pizza by the slice and whole pies for dine-in, takeout, delivery & catering. Specializing in handmade New York style pizza and Grandma Pies.

Located at 125 S Clark St, Chicago, IL 60603, Pizza Dada operates as a pizza restaurant serving Chicago in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 1 day of the week. On most of those days it is open 10:30 AM–7 PM. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (914) 629-6944. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, pizzadada.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 134 reviews, which is a strong result for a pizza restaurant in Chicago and suggests consistent service.

Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Traffic in Chicago peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stopped by today and the atmosphere was great! Started off with great service by the cashier named Tyler. Then, Pedro gave me the best Sausage and Margherita slice along with some garlic knots which I highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back!

What a great slice of pizza. Crust is perfect, not soggy, not burnt... sauce is tasty and not over the top. They use real Italian sausage sliced a little thicker than pepperoni. Tried the White slice and it was tasty. Especially if you like garlic and lemon sesame seeds. They need to open another location, maybe West Fulton Market area ... Definitely one of the best New York style slices you'll find in Chicago.

Their sign says β€œbest pizza in Chicago” and I don’t think they are lying. I only had the margarita and the white pie and both were really good. The white pie comes with sesame on the crust. And the chef dresses it up after it’s heated with more basil and cheese grated on top.

How this was sold as a slice of margharita pizza is beyond me - no basil? This is just a slice of cheese pizza, and a not terribly great one at that. I'll give them another try and will go for something different next time, but I can't recommend this at all.

Awesome New York style pizza. Crust is super crispy n great with that sesame seed on the bottom for a better crunch. I had the Grandma slice and sausage.
